Hello, my name is MaryAnn. I am a CPA in Texas and have been in this field for 25 years. I now work independently. I have 12 QuickBooks clients which I maintain as well as preparing their 1120S's and approximately 80 individual tax returns. I have no assistance, just me! I have heavy construction accounting clients, retail stores, and staff leasing companies. I like QuickBooks. My heart is still in the game but, this time of the year is when we are all put to the test! I am a single mother working out of my home working 7 days a week. Taxes and accounting are my life. My kids a growing up and they are sure about one thing - THEY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ACCOUNTING! I wonder why?
