I spend a lot of time and energy using and testing software. I am a long-time user of Lacerte and QuickBooks and a frequent participant in beta projects for them; and, I also have been a member of customer advisory councils for each of those products.
Once or twice a month (except during tax season) I present the new business and new employer workshops as a volunteer for the IRS.
