Hi all-

My name is Lance McMahon. I am a CPA in Texas since 1976, and currently do primarily Trust and Individual Returns for a small group of clients that I have had 25+ years. I updated my education in 2004 with a M. T. from UTSA. I like to ask questions when in doubt, and enjoy this forum on Tax Almanac. Sometimes I just need to bounce ideas off other tax professionals. Sometimes i am really digging for the right answer and have gotten lost in the process. As I work alone out of a home office it is great to have online access to others in the field.

My wife and I share a passion for dog agility. We compete at the Excellent level in AKC and the Masters level in USDAA. Below is a Jack Russell Terrier trial picture taken recently. A good weekend, our two males (Davis with Sharon and Austin with Me) took Championship and Reserve!
