Every time I search for tax info, I land on this site so I finally decided to register here!. Am not a CPA, but I advise new small business owners on getting up and running: lease issues, questions they should ask regarding entity formation (S-corp or LLC), how to work with their accountant & lawyer, setting up bookkeeping, payroll tax issues, equipment purchases, etc. Have started or run numerous companies over the years and now run three S-Corps (retail) absentee.
