Hi everyone....

I'm a CPA but with somewhat limited practical experience. I worked in a family owned retail/wholesale business for many years but we recently sold the business so now I am becoming more involved in tax work. I apologize in advance if many of my questions sound rather elementary, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks, in advance, for any help those regulars on this board are able to provide.
