I have been practicing tax praparation since 1976. Started in West Los Angeles, California, and then in 1989 moved to beautiful Orange County. I specialize in Real Estate taxation, and 1031 exchanges. Tax preparation in a joy for me more than just a job.
Most of my clients are real estate investors or Realtors who invest in real estate.(there is differences when it comes to taxes)
