I have been a sole practitioner CPA since I resigned from a private Forbe 500 company. I started out my public accounting career with a reputable local accountign firm in Las Vegas, NV and got certified there. The next move was joining the tax deparment within Deloitte & Touche. Curiosity got me to accept a job offer by one of their clients which is the private Forbe 500 company.

I am very happy to find this discussion forum. I really appreciate those who are so generous in sharing their opinions, advise, and experience. In addiiton, since it is a discussion forum, there is no need to us fellow CPA or tax professionals to attach each other. Things are not always blakc and white; everyone is entitled to their opinions and others should use these opinions at their own discretions.
