Hello, my name is Bob Franco. I had been a CPA for years (inactive in previously licensed states now) and currently practice in PA. My area of expertise is audit but I left the larger firms to start a small tax and write-up practice. My tax skills are very rusty and I hope this board will provide much needed enlightment of current issues.
