My name is Lynn Fletcher and I go by the nickname Fletch. I'm a CPA near Houston (specifically, Kingwood, TX). Academics: Spent 4 1/2 yrs at Texas A&M, leaving with a BBA (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting and MBA (Finance). Added CFP in early 1980's. Peat, Marwick, Mitchell alumus (great outfit to be FROM, ugh!) Sole practitioner concentrating in individual and small biz tax prep and consulting since 1985. 4 kids, 2 grandkids and fabulous wife/high school sweetheart.....and 2 tremendous long-time staffers who work tirelessly making me look good to clients. When confronted with the most basic of practice management issues: Do you want to make twice the money in the same time you're spending now, or the same money in half the time, I always opt for the latter. Marketing is fun. I also always opt for fun. I've tailored my biz accordingly.

Over the last couple of decades, I've stumbled into a couple of niches: IRS representation work (but not OIC), and stock options with all their variations (ISO, AMT, AMT credits, etc). To a lesser extent, estate tax, too.
As you can see, I'm Blessed beyond all proportion to what I deserve.
