Hello, my name is Janet Fenton and I go by the nickname Fentax. I am a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army JAG Corps. I have a tax LLM and currently work in DC at the Army's Legal Assistance Policy Division. Being one of the only Army JAGs with tax background (I am not an accountant though)I get asked for input on issues ranging from estate planning, income tax preparation, legislative changes, and employment issues.
