Hello, my name is Kathy and I go by the nickname ExGovtAuditor. I'm a retired auditor with the defense department, which means I know just enough about taxes to be a menace. I have no desire to do anything but plant tomatoes...but friends seem to think I'm just the one to help them with their tax problems. Probably because they know I once worked for the government, and maybe because I'm approachable and calm and sympathetic...I'll have to work on being grouchier I guess. My friends (and family) can think up more ways to screw up their taxes than I can keep up with. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.
