Hey. My real name isn't David and I tend to stay fairly anonymous. That way when I talk about our customers or seek advice they aren't googling me to find me talking about them behind their backs.

I actually do not preparer taxes, but do work in the industry. I've learned far more providing support for an unnamed software company than I did actually doing taxes before that. The number one skill to succeed in a tax industry is knowing where to look information up. As such I'm far more likely to answer questions than to ask, as for me if I'm asking it means I already looked up the available information and couldn't find what I wanted.
