Hello, my name is Dave Reberry and I go by the nickname DaveR. I am a retired executive and am helping some busines entites (LLCs and S-Corp)with business issues, including books and taxes. I am not a CPA. I do have an advanced degree in Management from a major university and have some prior work experience in accounting & taxes.

I decided to look for a forum to share issues and ideas and decided to give TaxAlmanac a try.
