Purpose:            To provide a personal, value-priced
                    tax prep alternative for area residents 
                    and small businesses. No short term, high
                    interest loans offered!  (The IRS and State
                    revenue offices are doing a great job with
                    timely direct deposits.)
                        
Service:            Pickup/delivery at local businesses; and, a 
                    drop-off box are time savers for my family
                    of clients.

Customer base:      Increasing 10-20 percent each year by client
                    referrals.
