My name is Doug Frizzell. I previously spent nine years in public accounting as a tax manager in Napa and Walnut Creek, California. I left public practice and am now a corporate controller. I have always enjoyed taxation but have been away for awhile. Now that I am involved in a couple of personal ventures involving LLCs and C Corps I now have to start refreshing my memory and getting brought up to date.
