I am both a CPA and member of the Virginia State Bar. Graduated from George Mason University School of Law and was previously an accountant with a mid-size firm in northern VA. My practice currently focuses on tax matters such as estate planning, estate administration, asset protection planning (i.e. choice of entity issues, pre/post-nuptial agreements, and structuring business deals), IRS appeals, business merger/consolidation/domestication, and most anything to do with tax law. Neither I, nor any other attorneys in my firm, go to court - so if it involves litigation, I'm useless - though I can probably refer you to someone who can help.

Prior to working as an accountant I was a licensed Realtor (actually, I still am licensed, but I don't practice as such). I also own a commercial real estate management firm in Virginia and often handle commercial leases and other real estate matters for my law firm clients.
