Hello, Brad. I am a CPA but mainly do system implementations and have very limited tax experience. I know the basics and enough tax stuff to have passed the CPA exam but not much on the logistics of all the forms and how they work. I am helping a friend pro bono because his small C Corp is a good cause and is changing to non-profit in 2007.
