A client of mine got a CP-2100A notice (payee and TIN do not match) we have checked all the information and it matches. The way I have read it there is nothing that needs to be done. Is this correct? I have called the numbers from the letter and a message says due to high call volume we are unable to answer and then it hangs up on me. Any help would be much appreciated.
