Tax advantages with an additional LLC member?
I need you guys help on this subject. An attorney, the best attorney in the county according to my client, had helped my client to form a single member LLC sometime ago which I did not know until yesterday. According to my client, this attorney told him to go consult his tax accountant about adding a new member to his single member LLC. Because that will drastically decrease his tax liability. Am I missing something here? I think his son is in his mind.
