NJ Homestead Problem W/Intuit

Usually just enter the Rebate amount on Line #21 of Federal and it does NOT flow to NJ.However, I also need to show gambling wins using W2-G, now I have to use line #17, Other Income, and enter the Rebate.PROBLEM......this Rebate flows to NJ, line #25, and I CANNOT override, as it won't allow me to E-File......Anyone else have this problem? and what do you do??? I called INTUIT and was on the line for 37 minutes.......NO RESOLUTION!
