Has anyone heard of IFS Development Group out of Spring Hill, FL? They advertise a "different" line of credit/HELOC instead of a conventional mortgage. Supposedly by puting all of your income into this account every month you can pay off a mortgage quicker. You get credit for your average daily balance, even if you reduce the account to zero at the end of the month. Sounds good in theory, but............
