The quote from the IRS at the end dodges the issue completely. I wonder what they would do if we all wrote to the IRS and asked them to supply our clients with paper forms, clients having taken an informed decision that they want nothing to do with electronic communication with respect to the IRS.

Instead of email and writing it on paper. The most secure way is to communicate via toilet paper and you can reuse it to wipe your own butt and flush it. Quite eco friendly. =)
