No, I think they should send out decoys to find out if all those people using Turbo Tax or the free IRS site are following the instructions correctly or creating a bogus return. Then they should make all those individuals they doubt sit for a bunch of CPE's at great cost and pass tests that make them bleary eyed. And, in the end, we should be able to read the statistics of the IRS patting themselves on the back by citing how many of those people they convicted, subpoena'ed (can't remember that spelling), or just plain scared *****less. Actually, maybe that would bring us more business.
