Anybody been sending in their suggestion for Lacerte enchancements to the new Lacerte Tax Product Feedback Forum?

I have posted a few suggestions and seen a few hundred other new (sometimes good) suggestions. However, that forum appears to be just a black hole. No moderator, no replies to feedback. At first, I felt good that Lacerte cared about what their users thought. But now it is clear they don't.

Well, it looks like 130 suggestions were made, none were accepted and 2 were completed.

The 130 is just the "new" suggestions. There are actually over 600 suggestions. Those 2 that were completed were done over a month ago.

If anyone at Intuit reads this board, I wish they'd go back to sending out CD's. I am still having issues downloading the CD-4 on my desktop. I've tried it inside the program and from the website and it still times out. I've tried it in the morning, during the day, after hours and even on Monday when hardly anyone was at work so I'm not convinced the issues are related to the network activity surrounding me. It takes so much time to muck around with it that I run out of time messing about with it. I still need to try making the CD. It's just been a hellacious nightmare. I may have to change software after this year because this is just plain ridiculous.

I don't like CD's None of them have worked for us this year. I've had to download straight off the web and request a new copy of the CD...really stinks...
