Tim, users need a primer on how to search old threads. They don't seem to get it, often because they aren't using the right search terms. I don't know if they are typing in the whole question in the search field, or what. Maybe a list of synonyms might help? e.g. Salary/wages/compensation/payroll . This 'how to search the archives' should be a sticky topic like the FAQs Kevinh5

No kidding. I can get better results on Google than here, usually. That cynical comment aside, I have surprisingly done well with my last couple searches here. I felt very lucky. |
