If someone contracted to purchase after 08/28/05 a condo unit in a GO Zone not yet built on the 20th floor of a 20-story tower to use as a rental where the concrete structure was in place for only the first five floors on 08/27/05, will the unit qualify for beginning constrction on or after 08/28/05 for the additional depreciation?
