You receive stock from donors...several diff donors...between $50 to $50,000 each donor total. You complete Form 8283 Part I, Section A, for each donor. QUESTION: Do you sign the Acknowledgmenton Part IV, Section B???

I assume without having the form in front of me - that you're referring to the affidavit regarding FMV of donations over the $ 5,000 for appraisal purposes.

If so - the answer is yes.
