My sister created a Revocable Simple Living Trust. She had rental income from the corpus in the trust.

She had not other income. Does she need to file a 1041 Form; or is it sufficient for her to report her rental income in her normal Sch.E, Form 1040?

A revocable trust does not file its own tax return. All income and expense is filed on the 1040, same as a grantor trust.
