| You know the type.
They take weeks to get their information to you. It finally arrives and they call to ask if you received it. Then they call every fours to include some missing information, or provide extra details that they forgot to include in the three week time span that it took them to get them material together in the first place. Now the material they sent hasn't even been opened, much less looked at or reviewed, yet these people keep referencing 'this and that' and you have no idea what the hell they are talking about because it's not your practice to drop everything and work on their return once their information (still missing stuff) arrives. Sorry for the vent...my wife has learned to avoid me right at this time of the season and I'm tired of b*tching to myself.

| Tex,
I like the mirror idea. I always put my game face on when the client is sitting across the table. It's the phone interuptions that get to me sometimes.

| I have two young girls (twins) and I'm trying to teach them that 'everything starts with a smile' so Daddy has to practice what he preaches.
