| T/P claims the L&I deduction from his wages for 2005 of $67 is deductible due to Sec 164.
He is referring to Pg A-3 of the 2005 1040 booklet,
I believe it is only if his ER, Boeing, is contributing to an supplement insurance therefore not deductible in this case since all we are talking about is his portion of the L&I premiums.
Am I not correct or is he? The key here is the word supplement I believe.
By chance is there some source which will convince him assuming I’m right.
