| Do you have to claim unemployment benefits if you earned less than 600.00. We did get a form in the mail. My husband earned 589.00 last year. | |

| You have to claim all income on your taxes. If you do not claim the $589.00 they will catch it when they do their matchup and will bill you for interest and penalties.
