| Does anyone know if Arizona extended the tuition & fees deduction? The AZ form 140 is adding back the federal deduction in Lacerte. I've searched the ADOR website and have tried calling AZ and can't get through. I'm thinking the state followed the fed on these expired deductions, but am unable to find the support. Thanks for any help. | |

| Arizona's conformity statute was updated for years beginning in 2006 to conform to the Internal Revenue Code as it was in effect as of January 1, 2006. [ Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. ยง 43-105(A)]
I can't find anything in the newsletters or new matters that indicates any conformity to any federal law changes enacted after that date that are effective for 2006 federal returns. | |
