I have a client who has had a Keogh Money Purchase Plan for some years now. She is quitting her business, wants to end the Keogh and roll funds over into an IRA. Other than filing a final Form 5500-EZ, is anything else required?

A Board Resolution formally terminating the plan.

A Keogh is for the self-employed, so there would be no Board of Directors. Only need file the last 5500 in my opinion.
