| Have taxpayer who is going to retire from Civil Service and move with his English wife to England. This is a permant move, but taxpayer will still be US citizen. I know he has to file US on his Civil Service retirement, but what does he do with income from England. England does not issue w-2 but withholds taxes is my understanding. | |
