| I'm looking for a good guide to questions to ask during a interview. Preferably some kind of template, etc. Anyone know a good one or use a good one? Thanks. | |

| Did you receive any of the following forms?:
W-2 1099 Misc 1099 Int or div 1099 Misc Any other taxable income? Did you sell? A house, Rental property, stocks, business property? Did you itemized last year? Did you have a home mortgage or paid medical expenses? Did you sent prepayments to the IRS? Did you contributed to a retirement plan? | |

| If you use ProSeries, they have a tax organizer that is very indepth and you can use that as a template and modify it to suite your needs. | |

| You may check it out in TurboTax Basic or ProSeries Basic. They have simple check list. From there you can build your own as you need them in Excel. | |
