I am evaluating Taxworks software. Does anyone know where there is a Taxworks users forum where I can review user comments, problems, likes, dislikes etc?

You might get better responses on this kind of question in the Business Growth/Practice Management forum, so let me know if you want someone to move it for you. (I'll probably do that after a couple of hours anyway, if it isn't getting a lot of interest in the tax forum - done, moved to BG 10/31; Happy Halloween!).

I reviewed those posts and all were quite dated and covered a lot more than Taxworks.

I, too, am considering TaxWorks for the upcoming tax season. I downloaded 2008's version and so far, I like it. Before I downloaded it, I looked through the forums and didn't see anything that alarmed me.

I have used TaxWorks for 4 or 5 years and works very well for me. Taxworks forum is not used much by anyone. You can ask me specific questions on my talk if you wish.

Considering switching from Pro-Series Professional to TaxWorks.I have the demo disk and kind of like it. Pink Pearl, what are the 5-pros & 5-cons of TAXWORKS?

Pros = Price, quality of programs (both 1040 & Business), free e-filing, great telephone support and I think they will not be bought out like so many others in the past..

Cons = Price...I spend about $2,350 for the programs but I do over 1,000 returns per season. TaxWorks might be too expensive for someone doing less than 3 or 4 hundred returns a season but I think they have PPR available.
