Can a taxpayer who didn't have to file in 2007 due to living on social security, and subsequently died in January 2008 have their personal representative file a 1040A 2007 tax return in order to receive the stimulus payment?

What about a person who died in April 2007 - social security benefits to date of death over $3,000?
