Does anyone know what tax forms to file in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Luisiana or Wyoming for Royalty and Depletion Income and Expenses? I would appreciate any pointers as I am under deadline.

You might want to start with the Dept of Revenue or Taxation websites for those states.

Or maybe your software provides pay per return for the odd ones.

Is there some index of the required tax forms by State? Do we all have to perform our own research?

Texas has no state income tax.

Colorado starts with Federal taxable income and has space for additions and subtractions.

Both Quickfinder and Tax Book have all state books with addresses. Unclefed.com has not been updated in years, but you can google each state's revenue department.
