| Does anyone know what tax forms to file in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Luisiana or Wyoming for Royalty and Depletion Income and Expenses? I would appreciate any pointers as I am under deadline. | |

| You might want to start with the Dept of Revenue or Taxation websites for those states. | |

| Is there some index of the required tax forms by State? Do we all have to perform our own research? | |

| Texas has no state income tax.
Colorado starts with Federal taxable income and has space for additions and subtractions. | |

| Both Quickfinder and Tax Book have all state books with addresses. Unclefed.com has not been updated in years, but you can google each state's revenue department. | |
