| Does anyone have any suggestions for where to obtain a sample engagement letter for temporary loan staffing engagements (e.g., having a staff of your CPA firm temporarily work for a client)?

| I don't know if you will find that type of template but I can tell you to make sure you include a clause that your employee can't be hired or you will get a settlement use a number around 3,000 dollars | |

| I would think if the staff member is valuable you would want to have a figure much higher than $3,000 - something more along the lines of 25% to 33% of the annual salary. I'm sure most people would rather have a good employee over $3,000. | |
