Does anyone have a good formula that they use to calculate the sec. 263a adjustment?

I perform several ยง263A (cap A) calculations for automobile dealership clients (large resellers) as well as for some small to mid-size manufacturers. Most any reasonable allocation of purchasing, handling and G&A costs to inventory will be accepted. Headaches are when LIFO is method of valuing inventories. Are you dealing with resellers or manufacturers?

I am dealing with a reseller of light fixtures. Average sales now exceed 10,000,000. Where are some understandable examples of includable costs and calculation formulas?
