| I am entering the health insurance paid for the sole shareholder by the S corp as taxable wages not subject to FICA or Medicare.
Is it subject to California SDI? Thank you for your answer. | |

| It is exempt from SDI (CUIC Section 931 - per EDD CA p/r tax guide) It is included in both Federal and California state wages. It is also exempt from FICA wages. | |
