Hello:

Is there any legitimate way to not pay wages to shareholder employees who perform services for the S Corp? In this situation the s/h employees are mid to late 50s, and do not want to contribute to FICA. 3 of the 4 shareholders will be performing services for the corp.

What you suggest is know as tax evasion and that's ILLEGAL!

How do they support themselves?

I assume that they won't take any distributions.
