| DOES SOMEONE HAVE A LIST OF STATES THAT DO NOT ACCEPT THE EXTENSION TO THE FEDERAL CORPORATION TAX RETURN AND THEREFORE YOU MUST FILE AN EXTENSION IN THAT STATE? | |

| Why don't you list the states you need to file.
Ma requires their own form. Ct has their own - at least, the last time I filed one. Most likely, the states that have a min. corp tax probably require an extension form. | |
