Can corporation set up SEP IRA for owner-employee(s)? My clients (both 50% C corporation owners) want a retirement plan which is easy to set up and allows them to deduct employer contribution from business tax return and doesn't require employee to contribute. It sounds like SEP IRA fits in their desires.

I appreciate the answer.

SEP will work just fine.

But it must apply to all.

All paid by the employer. Owner percentage of contribution must be matched for all employees as JR1 stated. As I recall they have to be employed for five years to qualify.

Must only be employed three out of the last five years for coverage requirement to kick in.
