I have a s-corp used for my software consulting business. I am purchasing an house ( investment) that I will rent out. Does it make sense buying it under the s-corp or my personal name for tax benefits.

I also trade in stocks. Is there any tax benefits if i trade through a S- corp ?

Never put appreciable assets in a S Corporation.

Don't be offended, but you might want to hire a good tax pro. The real estate question is easy. Trading stocks, really doesn't matter much but you won't get any benefit, and might increase taxes with the state.
