| Any one has experience in applying for Florida CPA License by endorsement? I am a CPA from DE and thinking to buy a practice in FL? Is 150 hours rule required at the time of sitting for the exam or certification? Any help is greatly appreciated.

| Thanks for the help. But I do not have a 5 year exp. in public accounting or government! I do have 150 hours including 39 accounting credits currently. However I did not have 150 hours when I sat for the CPA exam in DE. FL requires completion of 150 hours rule for License by endorsement (under New Rule) but I am not sure 150 must be earned before sitting for the CPA exam! Please advise. | |

| If I understand your question correctly, you can meet the 150 hours after taking the exam.
You should have no problem. I am in Orlando. | |
