| My firm has a client that will have one employee in NJ and one in PA starting this year. I thought you'd be the perfect person to ask about setting up withholding & unemployment accounts in those particular states. Since our firm is in Indiana, I'm not familiar with the procedures/form numbers, etc. of NJ & PA. Thanks! | |

| Before you begin, the real question is whether the firm is now doing business in these states and must register....see the discussion nearby on this same question. Once registed to do business, then getting account numbers in PA is pretty simply done on-line with a limited, modified version of the PA-100.
Here is one link which helped me the last time I set up a parnership for employee payroll and sales tax. http://www.doreservices.state.pa.us/BusinessTax/PA100/FormatSelection.htm?revenueNav= | |
