On 12/07/07, I placed an order for 6 manuals, and paid for them then. Quickfinders charged my credit-card for the full amount the next day. So far I have received 5 of the manuals, but the 6th manual (the RIA Internal Revenue Code) was delayed. I called customer service a few times to check the status of the missing manual. The girl (who has a horrible attitude for a customer service rep) finally admitted she didn't know when the manual would ship. Tired of the runaround and her attitude, on 1/14/08 I told her to cancel my order for that manual. She said she would and to expect the credit of $39.95 to my credit-card in a week. I waited 2 weeks, and still there was no credit or shipment. On 1/21/08 the company emailed me that my product had shipped. Even though I had already canceled that order, I still wanted the manual and would have gladly accepted the late shipment. However, the shipment has now sat in their system for 9 days with no movement whatsoever. On 1/28, I called again, and again explained the situation. The rep (Patrick) advised me that I cannot cancel the order, that I cannot dispute the charge on my credit-card, and that he had no explanation for why the manual has been sitting in their warehouse unshipped for 7 days. I told him that, oh, yes, I most certainly can have the charge removed, but that we don't have to cross that bridge if the company would just ship me the product that I've already paid for. He promised to check on the shipping status and call me back yesterday, no matter what. Of course, that was either another lie or another broken promise--take your pick. I've notifed my credit-card company about the charge which will be removed. The really frustrating thing is that I still want and would accept the shipment, but I am simply sick and tired of these customer "service" reps who are of no help whatsoever. All the company has to do is provide the product that I paid for, and this whole problem will vanish. If anybody else is being ripped off like this, please post. PS: I plan to post this on all the other tax forum boards so you may see it more than once. Sorry, but the company can fix this problem anytime it wants to.

My experience with this company has been great. My order has been filled just fine. I know that people can complain about me also....so I guess I try to give others a break.

I recall last year or the year before, they shipped me 2 QF's instead of 3, but with a State QF. I called to say I did not order the latter but rather the three QFs.....they sent the third and let me keep the State book.
