| I would have thought that Proseries would automatically transfer the deductible medical expense on Sch A line 4 to line Line 2 of Form 5329 as medical expenses that exceed 7.5% OF AGI is an exception to the 10% early withdrawal penalty. I ask because Proseries if often smarter than me - maybe there is a reason it does not - maybe that is not an automatic adjustment. | |

| Not sure, but this exception only applies if the distribution is not described in subparagraph (A), (C), or (D) of Sec. 72(t)(2). | |
