| Okay, is there a way to prevent employee from using Properies to prepare returns they are not supposed to be preparing, for example, preparing one for a friend and pocketing the money. My boss identified a couple of returns they did not remember getting a payment for, so now we want to somehow remove them, lock them or be able to see when this activity is happening. Can someone give me a tip?

| While members of the community are free to comment here, you might also want to ask ProSeries-specific (or Lacerte related) questions in the forums specifically focused on those products. You can access them by going to Intuit's Online Resource for Accounting Professionals and QuickBooks Advisors and selecting the Community tab. From there, you can select from a variety of different forums for specific Intuit products. There are Intuit employees there who will also be able to answer your questions.
